Adults only, clearly AI

You must be at least 18 to use private chat. Companions are AI characters. They are not people and do not independently observe you, take actions, or contact you outside a chat request. “Someone who texts first” describes a planned direction. Proactive messages and SMS are not included in this beta.

The beta service

helloash provides account-based web chat, companion settings, optional user-approved memory, and data controls. Features and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accurate AI responses. This service does not provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice and is not an emergency response channel.

Responsible use

Keep your login secure and submit only content you have the right to use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, accessing another account’s data, or bypassing quotas and security controls. We may restrict accounts for abuse.

Your content and privacy

You retain rights you hold in content you provide. You authorize processing and storage necessary to deliver chat and your chosen memory features as described in the Privacy notice. You can delete saved content and your account through the provided controls. AI outputs may resemble other outputs and are not guaranteed to be unique.

Limits, fees, and support

The beta has message and resource limits. No paid subscription or automatic billing is enabled. Any future paid offering will require a separate, explicit purchase. Use Support / report for problems and inappropriate outputs. Reports are stored for review. Support is not continuously staffed.

Changes and ending use

You can stop using the beta and delete your account at any time. Changes requiring renewed consent will use a new terms version. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
