The HelloAsh texting program

HelloAsh (helloash.me), operated under two2six, provides personalized, automated AI character conversations by SMS for adults aged 18 and older who are legally adults where they live. Messages include an enrollment welcome, AI-generated replies to texts you send, and an optional daily check-in that you separately request. These are fictional AI characters, not people, therapists or emergency responders. Replies may be inaccurate or inappropriate; do not rely on this service for emergencies or send passwords or other secrets.

Your choice to enroll

At Texting setup, sign in, select your companion, enter a mobile number you own, and actively select the separate SMS consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default. Creating an account, accepting the general terms or using web chat does not enroll you in SMS. SMS enrollment is optional and is not required to use account or web-chat features.

After saving consent to this version of the SMS terms, send the short-lived JOIN code from the same phone number you registered. Sending starts only after successful pairing and activation of the registered sending service for your pilot account. The pairing code expires after 15 minutes. Revised SMS terms require fresh consent and pairing; we do not silently treat your old consent as acceptance of new terms.

Message frequency, schedule and charges

Message frequency varies. The current pilot limits HelloAsh outgoing texts to 10 per user per day; shared pilot limits may reduce availability further. The optional daily check-in requires its own unchecked checkbox and follows your selected timezone, check-in hour and quiet hours. Replies to texts you send can arrive at any time. You may change your preferences or turn off check-ins through Texting setup.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges are your responsibility. Saving the form does not create a HelloAsh subscription or automatic billing.

Stop messages or get help

Text STOP to opt out. You can also remove your phone through Texting setup to stop future companion texts. An opt-out confirmation may be sent by the provider, and texts already accepted for delivery may still arrive. Removing your phone does not delete your account or conversation history.

Texting START removes the provider's block but does not re-enroll you in HelloAsh. To resume, return to Texting setup, give fresh SMS consent and pair your phone again.

Privacy and consent records

Read the HelloAsh Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not buy SMS opt-in lists. Necessary service providers process information to operate the service, deliver messages, maintain security or meet legal obligations, as described in that policy.

Delivery and availability

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery can fail or be delayed. Service and pilot limits may change; no delivery or launch date is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

SMS activation is currently pending. You can save setup, but no HelloAsh texts are sent while delivery is disabled. Scheduled check-ins also require separate service activation. See Texting setup for your account's availability.

The general Terms and Conditions govern account and private-chat features. SMS consent is collected separately through the texting form.
